EmployAbility Limerick, formerly known as Work Access Limerick was established to support people with an injury, illness or disability to secure and maintain employment. Ever conscious of the need for good Records Management, EmployAbility Limerick invited Crossmore Consulting to review Records Management activity in the organisation. As a result, a Records Management Policy and a Records Retention and Disposal schedule were produced and these, together with some focused training have proved extremely beneficial to the organisation.

EmployAbility Clare is an employment and recruitment service based in County Clare and established to assist people with a disability to secure and maintain a job in the open labour market. The organisation required a systematic review of its records management approach to ensure that the records of the organisation can be easily accessed and are being properly maintained. The Records Health Check revealed evidence of a focused organisation whose emphasis is on “assisting people with a disability to secure and maintain a job in the open labour market”. A set of recommendations were produced to give the organisation a roadmap to place its Records Management activities on a sounder footing.
In addition to this a Records Management Policy was produced to set out a standard of service that would ensure that the organisation adopted best practice in this field.

In addition to this we were commissioned to produce a Records Management Policy and a comprehensive Records Retention Schedule to ensure that Clarecare adopted best practice in the management of its records.

Mid-West Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Ireland was established to provide support, guidance and advice to families where children have Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus. As part of a continuous review of its internal management processes, the association contracted Crossmore Consulting to undertake a Records Management health check of its records systems and processes. This in turn led to the production of a Records Management Policy, a Clean Desk Policy and the creation of a Records Management roadmap to guide the association into the future. The association has now been placed on a much stronger Records Management footing as a result.
